We ask that all customers requesting same day delivery place their orders by 3:00 p.m. EST Mon – Fri and 12:00 p.m. on Sat.

We use only the freshest flowers for each carefully prepared arrangement. Sometimes the flowers have yet to bloom, adding to the length of time during which they will be enjoyed.

If you have any questions regarding care of your flowers, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Proper care can lengthen the longevity of flowers, so please be sure to replenish the water regularly.

Also, try to change the water every 2-3 days to extend the life of your flowers.

Yes, that may be necessary, as some flowers and containers may be out of stock based on a variety of factors such as supply issues and seasonal changes.

 We will strive to maintain the overall look and integrity of your order, but it may be necessary to substitute some flowers or the container as needed.

We are open 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday- Friday and 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
